ST Mary Magdalene Church in Harlow marked The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in a number of ways.

A special tree was planted in the grounds of the church in Church Road, Potter Street by the Harlow Common Mothers’ Union.

The tree is a Mountain Ash-Rowan.

It was also good to hear the bells ring out on Bank Holiday.

There is something unmistakably English when you hear the bells ring out.
