MORE than 13,500 public sculptures have been photographed and put online for the first time.
Art education charity Art UK took 140,000 photographs of works by artists such as Antony Gormley, Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth.
The collection was unveiled at the Water Gardens in Harlow, which is home to Eve, an 1882 bronze by Auguste Rodin.
Andrew Ellis, director of Art UK, said: “The UK has a rich and enviable collection of public sculptures.”

We interviewed renowned sculptor Hazel Reeves and Chief Executive of Heritage Lottery Fund, Eilish McGuinness.
Hope they did not photograph the sculpture close to the entrance of the Harvey Centre which still has dumped scaffolding around it as shown in these pages a couple of weeks ago.
Theses sculptures need to be put in there right places, if your calling Harlow a sculpture town, then let people see them, that's what theses pieces were made for, not to be seen behind doors. As a sculpture artist my self, all thou have never done large peices like theses, but I'd hate my work not to be seen. Don't call us a sculpture town when there all behind doors.
It would seem that Kim is not aware that all of Harlow's sculptures are located in public spaces, you can even get a free map showing the locations of the sculptures from the civic center.
Is Kim 'avin a giraffe , the things are all over the place.
There are a lot of modern sculptures out and about in the open. But there's an awful lot behind closed doors. It's not hard to understand is it. They have only just put Hepworth sculpture back at glebelands, after years in doors. Theses old pieces were ment to be seen out side in original places. My view , my opion. We are all entitled to one.
"My view, my opinion. We are all entitled to one" ,,,, Providing it fits the narrative of course, otherwise keep it to yourself.
