NETWORK Rail have issued a speed restriction on trains through Harlow.

A spokesperson said: “Network Rail have imposed a 20mph speed restriction in the Harlow Town area, and will be making repairs later this morning.

“The speed restriction is in place to ensure the safe running of trains and to protect the railway infrastructure”
