THE Harlow branch of the UK’s fastest-growing pizza takeaway chain Fireaway recently celebrated its one year anniversary.

First opening on the 7th of September 2021 this branch can be found at 3 East Walk.

To celebrate the anniversary they ran the same offer they ran during their initial grand launch of £5 for any of their signature pizzas. This is a collection and in store only offer which can be claimed by showing a staff member the social media post that promotes the offer.

The Harlow branch was one step in Fireaway’s expansion which has grown exponentially in the last two years despite the challenges of the pandemic.

The company in 2016 and now has 120 outlets across the country including recent expansion into Northern Ireland and Amsterdam.

Fireaway’s phenomenal success story is based on attention to detail combined with a desire to be different.

Founder Mario Aleppo set out to create an unrivalled pizza experience by going to Italy and meeting farmers who now send him their choicest peeled tomatoes directly from Naples. He then negotiated with mills in northern Italy who prepare the flour to his own specifications.

These are brought together on a daily basis to ensure freshness and baked for no more than three minutes in 400 degrees oven.

Fireaway’s mouth-watering menu provides pizza lovers with a choice of four bases, four cheeses, four meats and 20 toppings, all available for the same price. Among them is the Nutella Pizza, which is unique to Fireaway.

A member of the Harlow team said: “We are grateful to our customers and the community for their support from the moment we opened. Reflecting on the last 12 months, we’ve certainly come a long way and we have learnt a lot.

“We achieved a top mark for food hygiene; we’ve donated FREE pizza to community organisations and front-line staff during the pandemic”.
