Harlow driver found guilty of failing to stop after accident in The Pinnacles

A HARLOW man has been found guilty of a number of driving offences.
Desmond Dodge, aged 46, of Jerounds, was found guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court of the following offences.

On December 22nd, 2021 , being a person driving a BMW 1 Series vehicle, neglected or refused to stop
the vehicle when directed to do so by a constable acting in the execution of his duty and for the time being engaged in the regulation of traffic in a road, Cawley Hatch.
On December 22nd, 2021 , drove a BMW 1 Series on a road, namely Cawley Hatch without due care and attention.
On December 22nd, 2021 , at Harlow being the driver of a BMW 1 Series owing to the presence of which on a road, namely Cawley Hatch an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop.
The case is scheduled to return to Chelmsford magistrates court on February 2nd, 2023 for sentencing.
