HARLOW Trades Council has called a rally on Saturday 1st October as part of the Enough is Enough day of action.

Starting at 11am at Harlow Town Centre the rally will be a chance for people to show their support for workers striking back in a range of disputes in response to the growing cost of living crisis.

Supporters will gather at the Obeslisk, Broad Walk before marching to the picket line at Harlow sorting office to show solidarity with CWU members striking against attacks on their terms and conditions.

Posties delivered throughout the pandemic and saved the bacon of Royal Mail. Now they deserve a decent pay rise and no further attacks on jobs.

Support the workers, support the Strikes and Strikers. Tax the rich, why they just got a 5% tax cut is beyond me, put it back up to 45%, even better 50%!! The working class voting for the Conservative is a joke, when they openly show they only care for the rich and 150k+ earners. A hard working class town like Harlow should be a shamed of being a conservative town. Ps, also support good spelling. it isn't it Obelisk not Obeslisk ?
