Travel Alert: Flooding on M11 near Harlow

1100 hrs:
TWO lanes (of 3) are closed on the M11 southbound in Essbetween J7 (#Harlow) and J6 (#M25) due to flooding.
Our contractors are on scene working to clear the flood water.
There’s just over 2.5 miles of congestion on approach.

Oh really, ask your self's, the water has to go somewhere. So much concrete.
