The location is: S And J Juniper And Co, 7 Potter Street Harlow.
The planning application is for: Proposed subdivision of the office premises into four units, the partial change of use from use class E(g) (Offices) into use class E(a) (Retail Shop), including the partial front extension of this unit, and alteration of the elevations.
YH understands that a number of local residents have and will be submitting objections.
The application number is: HW/FUL/22/00515
We need housing for the homeless, there is already a convenience shop 150 yards up the road and us people that live here suffer enough when trying to get out of Potter St. to go to work, where is Harlow Councils intelligence
Maybe the people opposite might have a whinge cos of parking but it's not too far for me to visit and the oldies living close by might benefit.. be interesting to see what shops go in there?👍
I feel for people whom live next door as this has been empty for years but looks a great shop ,,there will be parking round the back , so won’t block road could of been a lot worse could of been a block of flats or bedsits
Great news
