HARLOW Running and Tri Club were represented at the Witham 5 mile race on Boxing Day morning. First home was Scott Bird in 21st place out of 320 finishers in an excellent 29min 28sec in his debut at the distance.

He was followed by Ben Usher in 48th place in 33.14, also his debut, Tom Beales 51st in 33.19(PB), Terri Wiley 52nd in 33.23(PB), Jermaine Shand 71st in 35.13(Debut), Chris Arnell 103rd in 37.15, Allison Beeton 109th in 37.36, Kate Porter 191st in 42.14, Tracy Stratford 201st in 43.06 and Charleen Tillotson 260th in 48.14(Debut).    

On Christmas Day at Harlow parkrun Donna Milton finished in 55th place out of 236 finished in a PB time of 25.36 and there was also a PB for Michael Houlihan in 79th place in 27.28.

On Christmas Eve at Harlow parkrun Bradley Power finished in 10th place out of 202 finishers in a PB time of 21.59.

At Nidda parkrun in Germany Fieke Blackwell finished in 9th place out of 62 finishers in a PB time of 21.34.
