ROUND Two of the Cycling Festivals, saw a change of venue as the cyclists’ rode their way around a series of activities at the Harlow Town CC.

This time the grass proved a far more limiting factor and the vast expanse made it possible for the children to really develop their cycling stamina.

Six teams of six pupils took part in relay races, balance box games and a long endurance ride. Time was provided for the teams to design their own activity for others to use in future events.

Thanks were given to the pupils and school staff of Holy Cross, Potter Street, Purford Green, St Albans and St Lukes for making the event such fun.
