IT is good to see that the Harlow Alliance Party (HAP) have a third candidate this year.

For a few years now, it is two men standing (Nicholas Taylor and Alan Leverett) but they do have supporters who help out with aim etc.

However, through her campaigning regarding the Latton PriorY, Ms James has shown herself to be an articulate and considered resident who has taken up the challenge to stand for council in the ward of Staple Tye.
