Harlow Poverty Conference: Is there hope with Kintsugi Hope?

WHILST we were at the Harlow Poverty Alliance Conference at the Harlow Playhouse, we noticed our old friend Ian Beckett wearing a Kintsugi Hope T Shirt.
As we knew Ian from Heart 4 Harlow and St Stephen’s Church in Bush Fair, we stopped to seek to Ian and asked what Kintsugi Hope and how it could help.

Most of what Ian says sounds good, but it also sound 'foreign'. Could this be a hinderance?
