Harlow Gymnasts bring home amazing haul of 74 medals

A DAZZLING haul of 74 medals for Harlow Gymnastics Club at the Spiral Rocks Competition in Peterborough.
Emily Forey shone with 1st place overall in the sapphire age 13-14 event after winning gold on bars and silver on floor. Grace Hoskin glittered with gold on both vault and bars as well as bronze on floor, with teammates Elsie Leverington and Lola Manuel dazzling with gold and silver respectively on beam. In the age 15-16 sapphire event Summer Dolan’s glossy performance captured gold on both bars and beam,Libby Chung sparkled with gold on floor and silver on vault, Skye Girolami glistened with silver on both beam and floor in addition to a duo of bronze on vault and bars, and Emily Price gleamed with silver on bars and bronze for both vault and beam.
Marci Short starred in the topaz age 10 event with gold on beam and silver on bars. Freya Smith won gold on floor, Janelle Campbell received the bronze on beam, and Ivy Clarke placed 8th overall in the same event. In the topaz age 11 event Olivia Beckwith shimmered with silver on beam and bronze on vault, with teammates Poppy Bridgewater and Ava Kasket placing 7th and 9th overall respectively. Milli Battelleytwinkled with silver on vault and bronze on beam, and shared the bronze with Molly Mather for floor. Layla Clark’s polished vault earned the gold and Sofia Shraka glimmered with silver on beam. Shining in the age 13-14 topaz event, Renee Stewart won gold on beam and silver on vault, narrowly behind teammate Lucy Brough on vault who secured the gold. In the age 8-9 topaz event Millie Smith placed 10th overall.
Glittering in the Jade age 7 event Penelope-Blue Bayliss earned a duo of bronze for vault and floor, Mollie Keogh captured gold on vault and bronze on floor and Olive Clarke achieved silver on vault. Twinkling in the age 8 Jade event Olivia Smith collected bronze on vault and teammate Francesca Walton placed 7th overall. A slick performance in the age 9 Jade event saw Dulcie Kemp attaining bronze on both vault and floor, bronze for Poppy-Rose Dear on beam with teammates Amalie Horsfall and Sienna Harvey placing 14th and 18th overall respectively. Poppy-Rose White shone in the age 10 Jade event with a duo of gold on vault and bars, in addition to silver on beam, Sophia Hutchings took the silver on vault and bronze on beam, Peyton Poole achieved silver on bars and bronze on vault with teammate Gracie Little scooped bronze on floor. Dazzling in the age 11 Jade event Eva Reeves accomplished gold on vault, silver on floor and bronze on bars. Dulcey Pope gathered gold on bars and a duo of bronze on vault and floor, with gold on beam for Delilah Cavendish just ahead of Shilah Winter-Glace who captured silver on beam. Alexia Dolan gleamed with silver on floor in the same event.
Teodora Zinici dazzled with the overall Amethyst trophy after winning gold on vault and beam, silver on floor and bronze on bars in the age 7 Amethyst event. In the same event Ruby Handley attained gold on vault and silver on beam, Amaya Cumberbatch shared gold on vault and gained silver on bars, Hallie Hasell collected silver on vault and Delilah Mooney achieved bronze on floor. Finally, in the age 8 amethyst event Amber Ford glittered with silver on beam and a trio of bronze on vault, bars and floor.
