HARLOW Running and Tri Club’s Alan Knightly excelled at the St Neots Sprint Triathlon (750m Swim, 24km Bike, 5km Run) finishing in 4th place out of 85 finishers and 1st Male Vet 50 in an excellent 1hr 15min 42sec.

Meanwhile, at the Bedford Standard Triathlon (1.5km River Swim, 40km Bike, 10km Run) Kerry Mavris finished in 73rd place out of 93 finishers and 2nd Female Vet 50 in a superb 3.08.57. 

There were parkrun PBs at Harlow parkrun for Trevor Rowlands finishing in 41st place out of 261 finishers in 23.56, Heidi Fox 130th in 29.59 and Sue Reilly 136th in 30.09.
