PEAR Tree Mead Academy is seeking to appoint multiple LSA’s to work with children who have a wide range of complex or as a general class LSA needs include social communication and emotional needs. (contract may be linked to a child’s funding) 25 hours a week and 15 hours per week contract available.

Term time only. Scale 3 depending on experience.

Desirable knowledge, attitudes and experience:
Experience in supporting emotional literacy and regulation
Being able to support communication difficulties / barriers.
Training in Trauma Perceptive Practice and Attachment Awareness
An awareness of supporting learning and communication through play.
A compassionate and calm approach

Good communication and team work skills
