SFG College to host Open Event this weekend

OPEN EVENT THIS SATURDAY
They look forward to meeting prospective students and families at our open event on Saturday 14th October.
SFG staff will be on hand to discuss our curriculum offer, school life and plans for the September 2024 intake.
Headteacher, Dee Conlon will deliver presentations at 12:15pm and 1:15pm.
The event will take place at the Latton Bush Centre, Southern Way, Harlow, from 12pm – 2pm. No booking required.

Wouldn't it be more honest if the open event was held in the temporary classrooms on the SFG site where most of the pupils are being educated, so that parents can see what they are signing their children up for?

Mark, the school is currently operating in temporary accommodation which is not representative of the facilities that will be in place in September 2024 which is what the prospective parents and students will be applying for.

Is that so. Lets wait and see what September 2024 holds for the new intake. I agree with Mark. Phase 2 of temp buildings due November from memory, how on track is that? What has been published related to the state of the current building....tumble weed...., absolutely nothing that's what. The longer it is left the more it will deteriorate.
