Capital Space bid to expand Greenway Business Centre

ON 24th October 2023, Capital Space submitted a planning application to expand Greenway Business Centre , which has now been registered by Harlow Council.
A spokesperson said: “We are excited to be able to share our future plans with you.
“We spoke to Brad Critcher, Director of Technical Services, about our plans to expand our popular Greenway Business Centre by acquiring an acre of adjoining land.

It hard to believe that this business is 10 years old and delighted for its success. The council were involved in this concept of a business park and we visited other parks to see how they operated. This was a great example of the council working with the private sector to bring new opportunities for Harlow. I visited one of the business a few months ago and took a moment to reflect on what has been achieved together. Congratulations and wish you success for the future.
