NOW in their 11th year, The Muddy Stilettos Awards sponsored by Tide banking nationally are back with a bang! The most coveted awards for independent small businesses across 28 counties, the Awards champion the very best lifestyle businesses, chosen by customers and Muddy readers. 

Muddy Stilettos is the UK’s No.1 luxury lifestyle website outside London, reaching 3.8 million every month across 28 counties, and helping them make the most of where they live with inside info on the most awesome things to do locally. The 2023 Muddy Awards attracted 77,000 business nominations and 800,000 votes across the country; known as the most prestigious local business awards, they provide well deserved publicity and kudos for winners in each county.

We are inviting nominations on our website across 21 lifestyle categories including four new additions of Best Arts, Culture & Theatre, Best Casual Dining, Best Event Venue and Best Wine & Beer Specialist. 

Customers can nominate brilliant Essex businesses here until 14 March and the top 5 businesses with the most nominations in each category will go through to the Regional Finals between 3-18 April 2024. Regional winners will be announced on 02 May 2024.

Regional Winners from every category will automatically go through to our prestigious National Finals. The Muddy Stilettos Editors will judge who is the ‘Best of the Best’ in each category, announcing the National Winners on 11 July 2024.

Finally, as an added bonus for Nominees, one lucky business has the chance to win a £5000 CASH PRIZE to spend on their business as they wish in association with our Awards sponsor Tide banking.
