Harlow Gymnastic Club sparkle at the Spiral Rocks

WILLOW Richards shone the brightest in the topaz events, and was rewarded with the overall topaz trophy after securing a quartet of gold medals on vault, bars, beam and floor in the age 13 event. Molly Mather gleamed with silver on both floor and vault, and teammate Milli Battelley glittered with bronze on vault in the same event.

Erin Vaughan dazzled with gold on beam and floor, as well as silver on vault and bars in the amethyst age 8 event, earning the overall amethyst trophy. Erin Carter gleamed with gold on bars, bronze on vault and 6th place rosette on beam. Hallie Hasell glittered with gold on vault and 5th place ribbon on bars. Valerie Drobo-Ampem shimmered with silver on floor and 6th place ribbon on beam. Twinkling in the same event, Thea Davis received silver on bars and Delilah Mooney earned silver on beam.
In the Topaz age 10, Lottie New dazzled with silver medals for both vault and bars as well as the 4th place ribbon on beam. Darcey Scarfe shone with the gold medal on beam. Millie Smith glimmered with the silver on floor, bronze on beam, 4th place ribbon on vault and 6th place ribbon on bars. Dulcie Kemp twinkled with 6th place ribbons for vault and bars, and Penelope Waker glistened with 5th place ribbon on beam. Teammate Amalie Horsfall gave a polished performance in the same competition.
The sparkle continued in the topaz age 11 event, with Freya Smith glistening with gold on both bars and floor, in addition to the 4th place ribbon on vault in the age 11 topaz event. A silver on vault and a shiny trio of bronze for Marci Short on bars, beam and floor, with Janelle Campbell twinkling with gold on beam, 4th place ribbons on both floor and bars as well as 5th place ribbon on vault. Gracie Little and Sophia Hutchings shimmered with 6th place ribbons on vault, along with a slick performance for Peyton Poole, all in the age 11 topaz event.
Olivia Beckwith gleamed with gold on beam and bronze on bars, with teammate Eva Reeve glimmering with bronze on vault in the age 12 topaz event. Lucy Brough shimmering in the age 14-18 topaz event with a duo of bronze medals for floor and vault. Mia Shraka gave a polished display in the age 11 jade event, winning silver on beam and bronze on bars.
In the penultimate round Darcey-Rae Jonson shone in the age 6 amethyst event with gold on floor and bronze on bars. Minnie Hall twinkling in the age 7 amethyst event with gold on vault and silver for both bars and floor. Matilda Waker glittered with gold on both bars and floor, and teammate Nancie Knox gleamed with bronze on bars.
Harlow sparkle continued to the final event of the day for Darcy Skillen twinkling in the age 10 Jade event with gold on floor, silver on beam, bronze on bars and 6th place ribbon on vault. Ella Goodey gleamed with gold on floor, bronze on bars and 5th place ribbon on vault, with teammate Jessica Degiorgio-Miller’s glossy performance earning a trio of 6th place ribbons for beam, bars and vault, all in the age 9 Jade event.
Overall, the gymnasts earned an impressive haul of 2 trophies, 19 gold medals, 15 silver medals, 15 bronze medals and myriad ribbons for the Harlow Club.
