POKEMON Go Harlow has collected food and household goods for the Harlow Foodbank.

This is a monthly event within the Pokemon Go Harlow community, where players are given the option to bring something to donate to Raid Hour (one of the community’s events) in exchange for a redeemable in-game code that gives premium items.

A spokesperson said: “Our community is one that does want to give back to the local area and make a difference in Harlow.

“As the local food bank has been in need more, due to tough times, we wanted to find a way to encourage giving back and tie that into Pokemon Go.

“These monthly collections vary in size, however many members of the community look forward to them and encourage others to donate too. We feel every little bit helps.”

Pokemon Go Harlow is organised through the app Campfire, where you can see events, including Food Bank Donation days.
