THE Harvey Centre based pop-up shop has announced an extension to its opening – closing now on 4th September – to help families preparing for the coming term at an affordable price.

Ranging from 50p to £3, the community project is open on weekdays from 10 am to 2pm.

The Harvey Centre donated Michael Roberts Charitable Trust shop space in the former Couzens Café on Level 1 (opposite the former Argos / Job Centre).

MRCT’s Chief Executive Andy Thornton commented, “We still have plenty of stock in the shop thanks to parents who have been donating items all summer – we encourage people to drop by and take the pressure off the big return to school next week!”
