LITTLE Lattons Nursery, based at Latton Green Primary Academy in Harlow, has been rated as ‘Good’ in all areas in an Ofsted inspection report published today.
In a glowing report, inspectors commended the nursery, part of NET Academies Trust, for its caring and supportive atmosphere, noting that it provides a nurturing environment where children develop secure bonds with staff and feel safe.

Ofsted highlighted the nursery’s commitment to children’s development, stating that “children demonstrate positive attitudes towards their learning”. The nursery was also recognised for its strong focus on supporting children’s communication and language development, including those who speak English as an additional language, gaining confidence and becoming active communicators.
Inspectors also praised the nursery for the breadth of its curriculum, noting that “the well-sequenced curriculum successfully builds on what children know and can do”. Inspectors also recognised the efforts made to support children’s physical development, emphasising the wide range of activities available to promote well-being and developing levels of independence as they grow. The report also acknowledged the positive feedback from parents and carers, who value the daily feedback they receive from the nursery on their child’s progress.
