MOONLIGHT Tandoori, has, for the second time, been named as Essex regional finalist at the ARTA (Asian Restaurant & Takeaway Awards).

The star studded event, known as the Curry Oscars, was held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel.

Moonlight Tandoori, which is based at Staple Tye in Harlow was opened in 1983 and has a developed and maintained a huge reputation for top quality Indian food.

Owner, Abdul Sufan said: “We want to express our heartfelt thanks to all our amazing customers—your support has made this possible.

“We are honoured to be recognised among the finest, and we hope to bring home the win next year!”

Moonlight Tandoori has also entered the Bangladesh Caterers Association cook off competition for Chef of the Year which takes place on October 28th at the Inter Continental 02.
