ON FRIDAY night, the chair of Harlow Council, cllr Andrew Johnson hosted his second Live Lounge.

The event was held at the Harlow Playhouse.

It was a fantastic event held up in Theatre 2.

This special event was in support of two deserving charities: Harlow Steel Band and Rainbow Dementia Friendly Services.

There were fifteen acts there.

We enjoyed it so much that we feel that each act should have their own news item.

Here is the very amiable Phil Nash. We particularly liked his version of Travis’ Why Does it Always Rain On Me?” which is quite fitting as this reviewer had run over from the Water Gardens car park in a downpour!
