Very similar thing nearly happened to my son at PAH, condolences to the parents I hope the staff involved are struck off. PAH is a very bad hospital and the NHS is overall appalling.
Condolences to the parents. Back in 2001, my little baby boy died when he was 4 weeks old due to numerous failures which the PAH admitted should not of happened, including an overdose.
My son died same day he was born due to negligence of staff at p.a.h staff in 2015
