RHYS Lincoln who had been missing in Harlow has been located.

A police spokesperson said: “Thank you for sharing our appeal, your support really does help us.

He had previously been wanted in connection with a recall to prison investigation.

A 21-year-old man was arrested yesterday (29 May). 

“Whenever we have concerns about somebody’s welfare that is always a priority for our officers”.
