THOSE who attended Harlow Council’s Cabinet meeting last week, had a chance to take away and peruse a shiny new brochure called Harlow: Building Harlow’s Future.

This was the first we had seen of it. There was also a link to a new website called www.buildingharlowsfuture.com

The brochure outlines the council’s six missions (see link for details).

On Thursday night, fifteen minutes was given over to discussing Building Harlow’s Future.
