Harlow man pleads guilty to drug offences

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a number of drug offences.
Dylan Davis, aged 24, of Hookfield,, Harlow pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On August 23rd, 2024 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, to unknown persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On August 23rd, 2024 at had in your possession a quantity of cannabis a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Davis received a suspended sentence for twelve months.
The court heard that there is a “realistic prospect of rehabilitation in light of pre sentence report and due to the defendants age.
Davis is subject to a tagging order until January 3rd, 2026. He was also fined £85.00
