VICTORIA Hall Theatre is delighted to announce open auditions for its upcoming production of Alice in Wonderland, taking place this Sunday 20th July. 

This exciting and imaginative stage adaptation is seeking a vibrant and diverse cast of performers aged 12 and above, with all roles open to all genders and levels of experience.

Directed by Martin Colton, the show promises to be a visually stunning and playful reimagining of Lewis Carroll’s timeless tale, bringing Wonderland to life on the Victoria Hall stage this December.

Audition Dates:

• Saturday 20th July – Youth Auditions (Ages 12–17):11:00 AM – 1:00 PMVictoria Hall TheatrePlease arrive on time. Wear comfortable footwear. No preparation required.
• Sunday 20th July – Adult Auditions (Ages 18+):7:00 PM – 9:00 PMNo preparation necessary. Just bring your enthusiasm and readiness to move!
• Alternative Audition Slot – Friday 25th July at 7:00 PM / All agesFor those unavailable on the 20th, we’re offering a final opportunity to audition.

Auditions will run for approximately 2 hours, and no material needs to be prepared in advance. 

The creative team is looking for energy, imagination, and commitment.

• The Mad Hatter
• The Queen of Hearts
• The White Rabbit
• The Cheshire Cat
• Tweedledee & Tweedledum…and many more.

Rehearsals & Performances

Rehearsals will begin in October, with performances scheduled for December. Performers under 18 will be placed into two teams, each performing alternate shows. A full rehearsal and performance schedule will be provided following casting.
