Learn about Princess Alexandra Hospital’s new online patient portal
Health / Fri 29th Aug 2025 at 08:50am
PRINCESS Alexandra Hospital leaders will introduce the NHS trust’s new patient portal in five online meetings.
Senior staff and clinicians will explain how My Alex Health will benefit care with more control over appointments and immediate access to results and health records.

Through the online portal, patients will also be able to complete assessments and questionnaires as well as view hospital letters digitally. They can also receive appointment SMS reminders on their phones.
Thom Lafferty, chief executive of The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust, said: “My Alex Health is a really easy way to manage your care, and one of many ways we are working hard to substantially improve the quality of services we are able to offer to our local population. Join us online to learn how to view appointments, results, and stay in control of your health. We look forward to seeing you there.”
Five online meetings will take place on:
Thursday, September 4, 6.15pm to 7pm
Thursday, September 11, 6.15pm to 7pm;
