Harlow faith leaders come together to promote unity and peace

FOUR of Harlow’s faith leaders, Rabbi Irit, Neela Hibbert, Abdul Khaliq, and Rev Darren McIndoe, met this Friday over coffee, to share good news stories from our communities, and to think about ways they can support each other as faithful friends.
Last week, Rabbi Irit spoke out against the St George’s flags placed outside the Harlow synagogue.
Others have called for more unity and a sense of community.
They agreed that they wanted their unified approach to working together in this way, to be a reflection of the unity between the people of Harlow in our community.
