A POTTER Street resident has been charged with theft and assault.

Trevor Osborn, aged 64, of The Sweyns, Harlow was charged with the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On November 11th, 2025 at Tescos in Edinburgh Way, you did steal unknown items to value of £2000.

On November 23rd, 2025, you did assault a male by beating him.

His next scheduled court appearance is on February 20th, 2026.

He has been remanded on conditional bail.
