Harlow driver disqualified after failing to supply breath test

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for a breath test.
Paul Melisi, aged 39, of The Maples, Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On October 10th, 2025, at Harlow, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis…. failed without reasonable excuse to do so.
Melisi was disqualified for twelve months and fined £538.00
