Man charged after cannabis factory uncovered in Sumners

ON Tuesday, officers from the Harlow Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant at an address in Taylifers, Harlow.

A 32 year old man was arrested and has since been charged and remanded for:

Produce controlled drug of Class B – cannabis

Abstract / use without authority electricity.

His name is Phanh Phan, aged 32, of No Fixed Above.

He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates on 17 December, and will next appear at Chelmsford Crown on 14 January. He’s been remanded in custody.
