NOTICE of Public Consultation Exhibition for Green Data Solar Farm, a solar farm on land to the North of Foster Street, Harlow, Essex, CM17 9HR.

You are invited to attend the second stage of our community drop-in sessions being held by the project team from Downing Renewable Developments. 

The event will be held at Hastingwood Village Hall, Glovers Ln, Hastingwood, Harlow, CM17 9LA at 4:30pm-7:30pm on Wednesday 25^th February 2026. 

Members of the project team will be in attendance to share new information on the proposals including a progressed design, listen to feedback, and answer any questions you may have.

All feedback and suggestions received as part of this consultation will be carefully considered before a planning application is submitted to Epping Forest District Council later this year. 

Comments sent to us are not formal submissions to Epping Forest District Council. There will be an opportunity to give feedback directly to the Council as part of the planning process once the application has been submitted.
