HARLOW indie filmmakers Cosmo Fletcher and Wolf Newton have launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund their new comedy-horror short, The Art of Breaking Rules.
The film follows two young artists who steal a painting, only to find themselves haunted by a relentless ghost.

Mixing sharp humour with old-school scares, the production is rooted in the town’s creative scene.
Working under the name Tricky Pictures, the pair are aiming to raise £5,000 to cover cast, crew and production costs.
In keeping with their hands-on approach, the film will use practical effects only, no CGI or AI, with costumes and props built from scratch.
Local artist Jack Hamilton has designed the official poster, while Newton has crafted a handmade chicken costume set to appear on screen.
The duo previously wrote, produced and directed The Return of the Screw, a black-and-white gothic horror inspired by Nosferatu.
Shot entirely on analogue film, it was named one of eight international winners in a Super 8 competition and screened at Cannes last year.
If fully funded, filming will take place later this year, with plans to submit the finished short to festivals.
Supporters can now back the project on Kickstarter.
