A spokesperson said: “We want to speak to him in connection with our investigation into 6 burglaries that occurred in places including Brentwood, Witham and Leigh.

All locations were properties above restaurants and public houses where the suspect was looking for cash.

All offences took place between 1 January and 1 March.

Linnen is also wanted on recall to prison.

The 48-year-old has links to Chelmsford, Wickford and Harlow.
