THE HARLOW Islamic Centre wishes everyone Eid Mubarak.
Eid Mubarak is an Arabic phrase that means “blessed feast or festival”.
The term is used by Muslims all over the world as a greeting to celebrate Eid al Fitr (which marks the end of Ramadan) and Eid al Ada.
This exchange of greetings is a cultural tradition and not part of any religious obligation.
Prayer times at the Paringdon Road based centre are below.

Eid Mubarak brothers and sisters. The tradition of fasting that Jesus exemplified with his 40 days and nights in the Judaean Desert. Now Christianity allows believers to just cut out chocolate over Lent and wonders why its followers are declining. Some traditions are worth keeping.
Thank you David, much appreciated, end the hate and stop the divisive politics, another Brexit-like campaign!
