Hercules runners power their way at the St Albans 10K

FIVE runners from the Harlow-based Hercules Running and Tri Club ran at the St Albans 10K on Good Friday.
On a lovely Good Friday morning, the 6.2 mile run took over 1000 runners up and down the Alban Way.
It is always such a well organised race under the auspices of ATW.
The Hercules runners were: Steve Greenwood, Wendy Schroder, Paul Schroder, Russell Miller and Kelly Burey.
