The film looks at how young Harlow resident Dom Diomande has started up a running group.

They meet outside the Coffee Base at Newhall and can be seen running on a Wednesday and Saturday.

There is someone very GenZ about this group. The vibe, the philosophy, the sense of togetherness.

But they also indicate why a lot of young people have taken up running.

You can run anyway you want. Some like groups, some like competition and some like the bliss of solitude.

The video is below. We just really like it and in many ways, it has a very 2026 vibe about it.
