A SENIOR Harlow Conservative councillor has questioned the council over the progress of compulsory purchase orders in respect of the plans for the Gilston Park (Harlow North) development.

Cllr Joel Charles asked the question at the recent cabinet meeting at the Water Gardens in Harlow.
