Harlow Council leader makes his first announcements

THE NEW leader of Harlow Council has unveiled his new cabinet.
Cllr Mark Ingall took no time in making his mark as he has made several changes to his team.
As has been pointed out, he has expanded his inner cabinet, with new roles as well as a number of promotions.
The announcement was made at the first council meeting of the civic year.

This is everything one could want for a Cabinet, talented councillors at the top of their game being able to focus more on their portfolios and get the best results for Harlow residents. With the gender balance and the appointment of Waida Forman to deputy leader, it's a thoughtful, forward thinking group that better reflects the electorate. This is a great start for Councillor Ingall and a real statement of intent that he understands the needs of Harlow and its residents and has the drive and passion to take the town on to the next level.
