THERE are severe delays on the M11 southbound between J8 and J7 near Bishop Stortford due to a collision and oil spillage in lanes 2 and 3.

Traffic officers are working with contractors to get the lanes open as quickly and safely as possible.

Road users are advised to allow extra time for their journeys this afternoon.
