Monday Traffic and Travel: M11 blocked near Harlow

The M11 is blocked southbound between J8 (near @STN_Airport) and J7 near Harlow due to a collision.
An ambulance has been requested and is en-route to scene.
There is over three miles of congestion on approach.

Too fast and driving too close to the one in front. Should be disqualified for 12 months, minimum.
