Work starts in preparation for new inclusive playground project

WORK has started on constructing a new path, which will link the showground car park to the bottom of the showground, for access to a new inclusive playground for families of all ages and abilities including people with special needs and disabilities.

Funding has been secured from Essex County Council’s shortbreaks fund for the playground, which is due to be constructed from next month.

During the construction of the footpath and playground you will see diggers on The Showground.
