TWO men have appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday 4 September, charged with drug offences.

Leon Deane-Finnegan, 31, of Alkham Road in North London (N16), and Daniel Fairbrother, 41, of Moorfield in Harlow, were charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, with Fairbrother additionally being charged with possession of cannabis.

It follows work carried out by Operation Raptor West under the Op Sceptre umbrella, which aims to tackle alleged acts of violent crime across the county.
