A HARLOW man has been charged with committing a serious assault on a woman and theft of her mobile phone.

Mitchell Devonshire, aged 27, of Manor Hatch Close, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On 14/07/2019 at Harlow stole mobile phone, of a value unknown, belonging to another.

On 14/07/2019 at Harlow assaulted a woman, thereby occasioning her, actual bodily harm

Devonshire has also been charged for failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Stevenage Magistrates Court on 02/07/2019 by failing to attend appointments on 23/07/2019 and 30/07/2019.
