A GIRL is due in court today, Friday 13 September, following reports of a disturbance in Parnall Road, Harlow.

The 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with using threatening behaviour and is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.

A police spokesperson said: “We received reports at around 3.20pm yesterday that a girl was shouting abuse towards people following concerns she was in possession of a knife.

“We searched the girl but no knife was found”.
