Statement from Essex Police

Officers stopped a van near to the A414 in Harlow around 3.30pm on Saturday 30 November following reports of suspicious behaviour.

No action was taken against the driver.

A MAN has been arrested following an incident at Harlow Garden Centre in Hastingwood.

Three police units were in attendance at the front of the centre.

They were searching a car at the entrance to the centre.
