ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses and footage following an incident where shots were fired at an address in Harlow during a targeted attack.

It was reported shots were heard in Quarry Spring at around 3pm on Sunday 5 January.

No-one was injured

Three people have been arrested this morning (Wednesday 8 January).

A 15 year-old boy, 16 year-old boy, and an 18 year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of firearms offences.

Police believe this was a targeted incident and there is no risk to the wider public.

They need anyone who saw anything or has CCTV or dash cam footage to come forward.

In particular they are looking for anyone who saw a red Mitsubishi Shogun-type car in the area at the time.
